Feeling very motivated today!

I've lost a fair amount of weight, prior to signing up with MFP, around 2.5 stone. Since using MFP I've fluctuated between about 20lbs difference.

A lot of the motivation MFP gives me is the exercise. I now use weights at home, cycle almost everywhere and do aerobics a couple of times a week. This is my real focal point other than food intake.

I have ribs and muscle tone in my arms!

This is almost as good as the weight loss - I feel like a new person!

I might not be at my goal weight yet, and I might have a few slip ups, but I love the new energised me!
