Looking for tips and help from other new mums

I think the subject is pretty self explanatory but I'm a new mum looking to shift the last 50lbs I didn't manage to lose before getting pregnant. Does anyone have any good exercises and tips for quick and easy meals?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance guys :)
