I don't know about you, but cutting my calories really leaves me feeling drained sometimes. When I just don't have the energy to cook, make a salad, or even throw together a healthy sandwich, I make this; two slices of whole grain toast topped with one half of a medium avocado, and a serving of Starkist hickory smoked tuna. (I mash the avo up with a fork right in it's skin, and serve the tuna straight from it's "flavor pouch"- no dishes! Yay!!) Topped with a little hot sauce it is especially good. (I  Cholula :)
Here's some of the nutritional info:

Orowheat - Double Fiber Whole Grain Bread, 2 slices 140 calories
Avocado - 1 Medium, 0.5 avocado 120 calories
Starkist Tuna Creations - Hickory Smoked Tuna, 3 Oz. 120 calories
Total: 380 calories
(You know how to find the rest of the info.... :) If you try it, let me know what you think!

That sounds really great. If you put it on some Wasa crackers you wouldn't even need a toaster! A great transportable snack or lunch.
