Over the past few weeks I have been doing a circuits class twice per week for 45 minutes each time and two days interval running for 30 minutes each time. I am aware that I maybe need to add some weight training but don't know where to incorporate it! Do I do it before of after my intervals and is it okay to do it the day after circuits? Ideally I would like to weight train twice per week, for 30mins - Once for upper body and once for lower. Does this sound reasonable? I go to the gym at 6.30am so have access to weights. Finally can anyone suggest any websites that assist with routines.

at the beginner level, 30 mins is just about enough time to train your ENTIRE body, not just upper or lower. Then you can get your training in 2x per week instead of just 1x (tho I recommend 3x).
