Hey... I'm a 35 year old, recently married guy from NY but living in KY. I'm looking for others who share my struggles and who might wanna help eachother stay motivated & inspired. I'm a former construction worker who went from a very physical job to a completely sedentary one & I'm disgusted & ashamed at the condition I've allowed myself to get in but I'm ready for change!!!
