I am looking for some good inner thigh exercises, and there are many out there, but which ones are your favorites?

you cant spot reduce, so just focus on losing fat from all over.

but in general he inner thigh muscles are so small that they really arent worth my time to directly workout (like forearms) you can wrk them as auxiliary muscles in more time effective exercises like squats, lunges, martial arts, etc

    This.

To add, Bulgarian split squats, front squats, weighted lunges, hill sprints...

    And my dear friend......the deadlift.

Always squats, sumo squats are my favorite to do for this reason. :)

You cannot spot reduce. However, weighted lunges, and as Sara mentioned sumo squats couldn't hurt.

If you want to get your inner thighs sore, try sumo deadlifts.

My favorite lift of them all.

I do sumo deadlifts on leg days in replace of other types of deads because of knee and lower back issues. Evidently working those inner thighs in the sumo style is also easier on knees and lower backs.

I also do semi-sumo squats instead of conventional (wider stance than normal, not as wide as sumo).
