New to board-anyone living in Greece out there?

I joined the board a few weeks ago but have only this week really seriously started to try and do something.

I live on one of the greek islands (Ionians) and wondered is there anyone else who lives in Greece?

I am 49 and rather on the big side! ha ha! I am 4' 11" and should weight 8 stone well whoops a daisy how did I get this fat?

I previously worked as a nurse specialising in diabetes and took my own blood sugar out of interest and was horrified! So thats it now the weight is affecting my health and I need to do something!

Any moral support would be most welcome!
