Here is a post from the Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution page on Facebook (not Jamie Olivers page, but still an awesome post).

Here are my 9 Food Rules, do you have any to add?
1. Cook at home
2. Avoid packaged foods
3. Avoid too much refined sugar
4. Trade refined grains for whole grains
5. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
6. Teach my kids to cook and use many different ingredients
7. Read labels and reject what I don’t understand
8. Choose food grown and raised close to home
9. Try new foods

I have to add my own:
#10: Eat according to the food pyramid.0 -
Thanks for the post. The episode is on my DVR. I'll probably watch it today. I thought the principal looked like he was losing weight.
My wife is a school social worker. She has complained for years about the crap we feed our kids. She's all fired up about what Jamie is doing.0 -

Shaggy, unfortunately, last night was the finale. I don't know if you can find it online anywhere, or maybe they will re-run the show during the summer.

You can watch it for free on hulu.com. You absolutely must support this, especially if you have children in the school system!! There needs to be change!!0
