Reasons WHY I want to get healthy
to...
- buy/wear smaller clothes
- have confidence
- look good on my (future) wedding day
- have an easier pregnancy
- live a longer life
- be able to run
- not pass this burden onto my (future) kids
- look better next to my boyfriend/fiance/husband
- not develop diabetes (runs in the family)
- have less to shave (lol!)
- be able to see everything I'm shaving without contorting myself
- surprise the mother freaking hell out of all those people who only knew me when I was fat!
- not hear one of those long dreaded rants from my doctor AGAIN
- make my knee stronger (I've dislocated it a few times)
- not worry about being told I can't go on something because of my weight (like a roller coaster ride)
- have more job opportunities (because as sad as it is, a more attractive person is more likely to be hired)
- not feel like any weight related comments are aimed at me
- like having my picture taken
- not have to do this when I'm older and it's even harder
- be able to pull myself back onto a boat (that was an embarrassing day having so many people pull me back into it... >_<)
- leave the bathroom wearing a towel and not be half exposed!
- not have things sink down when I sit on/in them
- not worry about my clothes rising up a bit and exposing my fat rolls
- not worry about sitting down and looking like a beach ball
- be able to wear shorts again! (I've been too afraid to wear them for YEARS)
- not be the fat friend
- not worry about hurting my S.O. when he picks me up, or has me sit on him
- not be the easy target/be able to fight back
- be able to be on top during sex
- want to have sex more
- not just stare at my horrible shadow of endless fat jiggling when in doggy
- prove to everybody, and myself, that I can
- stop being an emotional eater
- not be like the rest of my family
- have the body somebody else would die for
- be able to find bra's easier
- have my jeans last longer/not have them wear out on the inner thigh
- have strength
- not be afraid to eat in front of new people
- be able to sleep easier and better!
