Watching Biggest Loser finale made me want to know what my percentage of weight loss is...18.3% (7 more pounds = 20%) mind you it has taken me 3+ years

You all on this site inspire me to keep going.....

    I just looked up "weight loss percentage calculator" online... there is some formula to it.. but you type in your starting weight then your current weight...

    I have had a lot of health issues but o am still here and still in the fight. I've lost 28%
