Just starting exersizing

I have started the 100 squats a cay challenge on Face Book.
I am on day 3 and not as still going up the stairs now. Day one it was hard to lift the legs up their and hubby found it quite amusing but it is a starting point. I want to do more my goal is to do 100 in the morning 100 on my lunch hour and 100 before bed. This Saturday I will up it to 150 and every Sunday after that till I hit 300. I then plan on adding lunges in after that. From their not sure but we will see. As long as I am able to make it up the stairs to bed I will keep going.:laugh:
