Hi guys, I always make sure that I have some carbs before the gym workout. Then, I will have after-gym snack like small portion of oats, yogurt, milk etc something to do with protein. Then problem is, after that, around 1 - 2 hour after eating and just before my bed time, I got hungry LOL. Shall i eat? or no ? For my record in the past, I dont eat, as its NOT VERY HUNGRY and i m lazy LOL

Eating before bed doesn't really matter. It's a myth.0

I've read that cottage cheese before bed can help continue burning calories. I would probably up your water intake to curve the appetite0

Eating before bed time will not change anything IF you are hungry!
Even when you sleep you burn calories.
Do not forget that eating when you are (and only) hungry won't make you gain weight.
But why don't you eat a more consistent meal? Or a bigger snack?0 -
