My first NSV in a long time :)

So today when I wrote my status update on here I said what my plan for the day was and even that little bit if planning made me smile, I'm just feeling positive about the fact that I'm setting small daily goals to reach a big one. What are your goals for the day? :)

Welcome and isn't a smile a wonderful thing?  I plan to track food eaten/portions, calories and fat and investigate some exercises for the big bouncy ball that was given to me. If anyone has any sites for incorporating these types of balls, I would really appreciate the info!

Hi and yes you are right little steps lead to big things, I am trying a Ketogenic diet, foods that I have avoided in the past, such as butter, full fat cheese and bacon are now on the menu, and the items off the menu are to long too list, but if it has Wheat/Rice/Grain then it's there..

Big ball excercise (look how I avoid obvious inuendo) can be found on YouTube..
