Hi! I didn't know where to put this, but...my stomach has been nausiated lately. There is NO way that I'm pregnant, but I don't know why I feel like this. Does anybody know of any food or drink or anything that will settle it so that I can get back to my normal exercise routine?
Thanks!

Ginger is always a good stomach "settler" - I have a ginger "digest" tea I bought from Safeway that seems work. Also, eating a couple of saltine crackers and laying down for a few minutes helps bad bouts of nausea (you don't have to be pregnant to eat saltine crackers, lol!) Avoid greasy food until you feel better. There is a allergy/cold like thing going around in our office and I've been feeling a little queasy, but nothing too serious.

I get upset stomach alot! I especially notice it when I'm hungry and after I work out. I've been battling this for years. I think it might be because of low blood sugar, I think thats what it is MOST of the time. Or I know at one point it was really bad and I had an ulcer in my stomach. But yeah don't want to freak you out, I get upset stomach even when I'm healthy. I know drinking soup helps me, I might add it to my meal, offers some comfort. Sometimes eating something with sugar, like a glass of soda or like a granola bar or juice can get rid of it, a quick fix too... or if it's acid related like acid reflux... drink a glass of soda water or try taking some antacids.
Sometimes just downing alot of water helps.
For me its finicky business but all the above usually help more or less, it varies.
If it keeps persisting maybe you should consider seeing a doctor.
Hope my tips help some way, good luck!
