HI There,
Just wondering what people consider a plateau? I have stayed the same now for the last couple of weeks in spite of me working out very hard and doing well with my food, however i am thinking i perhaps need to increase but am very nervous to increase my cals. Quite confused as to what i need to do, with an old eating disorder to battle with every day i am afriad to fall back into overeating again, I eat when i am hungry and i am weighing my food so i think I am accurately logging e.t.c so not sure where i am going wrong, or should i just hang in there for another couple of weeks and see what happens?
TIA

I'd say a 5/6 weeks to be safe. Anything less likely to just a blip.0

Problem is just weighing yourself doesn't tell the whole story of your progress. Are your clothes getting looser? Is your waist measurements getting smaller? Are you feeling stronger? etc.0

yea i think i need to go get a measureing tape at this stage, i started Insanity again last week so could be the reason i guess and might have lost inches somewhere
thanks :-)0
