Sooo, i love this already! While my girlfriend is on vacation, this is a fun little project for me to occupy my time and i'm loving the crap out of it. I've never been so conscious of the food i was putting in my mouth until i downloaded the app.
So i made a post a couple days ago about what my activity level should be and that's what i'm confused about. For my height and weight and to lose 2lbs a week at "light activity", i would need 1730 calories daily. What i don't really understand, what is probably really obvious and i should understand is: i selected "light activity" based on the days i work. Those days, i get a good 4 hours of exercise working on my feet. But then there are the days off where i don't do that work...do my calories stay the same for those days too? Or should i do some kind of exercise to make up for not working those days?
I've only been doing this for a couple days, but so far what i've done is on my day off, i went to the park and walked around for an hour. Then went shopping and walked around the mall for a bit. Then walked at the park for another half hour. The more i think, the more confused i am on what exercise i should count as "lightly active" and what i should count as extra exercise on top of that. Could someone explain this to me like i'm a 5 year old?
