Just wondering . I tend to always be under my calories. I've increased my workout but bc of an old hip injury I've had to stop cardio. Wondering if it's this is the reason

If you are logging everything you eat and weighting/measuring servings you should lose weight. You might have a couple of weeks where you don't lose weight but over the course of a month you should lose weight. The one thing to watch is eating exercise calories. Not that eating exercise calories is bad, but accurately estimating calories burned (even with a HRM or other device) is very much a guess. So, if you are eating all exercise calories I'd probably cut back on how many you eat if you don't see results on the scale over the course of a month.0
