A little about me Quick. I'm 5'8'' 201lbs. I have a 17 month old daughter. I just had a miscarriage last Monday. I sort of lost the desire to care in that week, but I'm back and want to continue my weight loss journey. I log in everyday and am 100% honest in what I eat, even if it means going over!
I need some fresh new faces of support, that are committed!!

I am so sorry. I have experienced a miscarriage as well and can somewhat empathize with you though we all have our own individual experiences. Please be kind to your self. As you mentioned tracking is a great way to stay focused and realize your total intake. Take care and stay healthy.0
