any walking buddies???

So, I started a group earlier this month for doing the 30 day shred and I got so off and didn't complete it, I haven't done the workout in forever and I feel like I let those people down, so I was wondering who would want to join me in just simple walking everyday, that's it just walking something I know I can stick to every single day. It doesn't matter how long you walk where you walk or how fast you walk I just want some people to join me so we can all be accountable to one another and stick to doing it every single day without giving up so who's with me?? Are you willing to join in a group with me to walk everyday, just come on every day and log how long (or how far) you walked and at what speed (if you know the speed) just so we have to do some sort of walking everyday????? After people start commenting I'll make a group and add everyone just let me know who wants to join!! Thanks guys

    I'm with ya girl! I enjoy walking my treadmill. At my age if I tried 30 day shred I would need an ambulance! So I stick to walking. Just did 35 minutes at 3.5 mph.

    yay two takers so far!!! Now I just have to figure out what to call the group wanted it to be something other than just walking lol any ideas

    Count me in! On a good day, I can walk 4 miles easily. The problem for me is not motivation but time. Last few days I have been so busy with work that I haven't had time to get in my 2 miles at lunch and 2 miles walking to and from the gym. Yesterday I literally only walked 10 blocks. Spent 12 hours at my desk.

    So, how do we check in?

    Walking is a great calorie burner, I measured a typical week to see how far I walked and it came up as nearly 31 miles or just at 50km. If anyone is curious to try it, I would definitely recommend it - you just have to have a good pace and you'll see results!
