If I bump up my workouts from 3 days a week to 5 days a week I'm assuming I need to bump up my calorie intake for food as well?Just making sure.. Thanks!

what you eat on your workout days should be more than what you eat on your non workout days, if you are trying to lose weight, I'm not sure what your goal is ?

    yep!

you should be netting your calorie goal, so the days you work out, you have more calories to eat!

I assume you're using the MFP method...in that case, you should always eat your exercise calories back...or at least most of them.

If you're using the TDEE method, you'd also need to make an adjustment as an increase in exercise makes your previous formula invalid.
