Banana Oatmeal Muffins

I made a banana oatmeal muffin with no fat that's 103 calories for one and is very good! Even my grandsons like them.

Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients:

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup almond milk (original)
1/3 cup natural applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed banana (2 to 3 very ripe)

Mash bananas, Add egg, vanilla and applesauce. Mix flours, salt and baking soda. Stir into wet ingredients also adding milk. I got 16 pretty good sized muffins but I think it could be stretched to 18 even further reducing calories. Put in muffin tins with cupcake papers or spray muffin tins with pan spray. Bake at 400 degrees till set (12 to 15 minutes)
