How do I get started?

I need to lose 10 lbs. I have a perfect breakfast in the morning and I tell myself this is the day I will begin my weight loss journey. But I never make it through the day. There is the candy dish at work. When I get home from work I want little snacks before I make my dinner. I do know how to do this, I have done it before. Can any one give me any of their ideas or little tricks.

    You have to was enough to say no and make the right choices. At first its really hard and pretty crappy, but it gets better.

    Eat which of veg and home prepared food, I find that processed food doesn't fill me and if I eat it. I want more.

    No one can stop you eating, but tbere are a lot of great people on here ready to offer u support and kind words, aswell as the truth, which sucks, but sometimes helps deep down.

    Good luck, read the forums and educate yourself first, set yourself snall achievable goals and you will get there.

    I have found that drinking water through out the day keeps me from destroing my day. I have never been one to pass by a candy dish or not eat a cupcake or piece of cake but since restarting this program in Jan. I have been able to do that. I constantly have a bottle of water with me and when I feel like eating somthing I shouldn't or rather eating something with a ton of calories I drink water and that usually helps me avoid eating.Drink lots and lots of water...
