I'm doing Power 90 (started this past Friday). How should I count it for my exercise? Any tips for this gal? Thanks in advance!

Hi I just started on power 90 yesterday0

I would enter it as cardio, even though a lot of it is strength training which doesn't get your heart rate up as much. Your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor. I love this one. Prices vary by color, but it's great knowing exactly how much I burn. I found that MFP said I burned more calories than I actually did.

I agree. Get a heart rate monitor. I am on Day 44. I took measurements and body fat calculations on Day 1. I have only lost 4 lbs in 44 days, but I've lost 5% of my body fat!0
