freezing avocado dishes???

Avocados are great right now. Anyone every try freezing avocado soup or guac or anything else? Get em while they are cheap! Only 56 cents at the local Aldi

Just googled it and they can be frozen - some say to puree first, others say just to cut in half, peel, spritz with lime juice and freeze. Haven't don it myself but sounds like it's worth a try.
