I'm trying my best to squeeze exercise into my day but with my 8-5pm work and then 5:30-10:30 school Mon-Fri schedule, its so hard to find the time. I've been doing 30 Day Shred in the mornings, but lately I have been so exhausted that I can't even get out of bed a half hour early to do it. What is likely to be the result if I continue to eat healthy, staying at a low calorie intake to due my sedentary lifestyle, but no exercising except for maybe weekends?

You will lose weight but you'll just be a smaller version of your bigger self. Not as toned.0

As above, do not worry about it, I don't0 -
You can lose weight without exercise if you operate at a calorie deficit. Be careful not to undereat or your metabolism will become messed up and you'll have other problems to deal with. Always eat above your BMR.0

I did this and ended up skinny fat, alot of excess skin. I was smaller so that made me happy but I cant honestly say I was happy about my body.
ETA I would lift weights on the weekends during your free time to try and minimize the loose skin0
