Question about 30 day shred

I like having a mix of exercise - currently I walk, swim, dance, do pilates and one of Davina Mccall's DVDs. I've loved this DVD (it has both a cardio heavy workout and one that is interval training with lots of squats combined with arm weight exercises and I tend to do at least one of each every week), but am being to think I should try something else for a change as have now done it LOADS.

I gather 30DS is HUGELY popular and I am very tempted to give it a try, but wonder if it's something that has to be done every day, or if I could do it 2 (or maybe 3) times per week, like I currently do with the Davina workouts, thus leaving time for all the other things I don't want to give up!

Advise please?
