I have been lurking and filling out my food journal for almost a week now, trying to stay as close as possible to my daily 1,200 calories. But I need to start taking it more seriously now. I feel ready to jump in and finally get myself into shape. I'm 62years old and for the past 40 years I have been on every diet imaginable to man. And maybe a few aliens along the way :laugh: After filling my head with all this diet information for so long, I am so confused as to what I should and shouldn't eat. I need HELP deciding what foods to eat each day and HELP with motivation. Also any advice on an exercise program for an older lady. Walking is my exercise of choice, but I need to step it up so to speak. Looking forward to taking this journey with you all.
