What's your opinion on it nutrition wise?

    Lots of sodium, lots of carbs. It's definitely my favorite frozen pizza (other than stouffers french bread), but I stay away. When I am in the mood for pizza, I pop a pita with crushed tomatoes and 2% mozzarella in the toaster oven and call it a day.

    I call Father & Sons Pizza here in chicago for a X-large supreme Xxxx tra thin crust. 773-252-2620 :bigsmile:

    There is nothing nutritional about Ellios pizza. I dont even call it pizza.

    Frozen pizzas were my favorite go-to meal when I didnt have time to cook. That was before I became aware of what calories mean. Ughh....those DiGiorno Pizzas that say serve 6 really serve 2. The whole thing is 2100 calories which I could easily finish off on the days I worked late and was starving.

    Now I make my own on a bagel, english muffin, wrap, or anything else I can think of. its quick to make, more filling, has all fresh food/toppings, and maxes out at 320 calories depending on which bread source I use.

  • Honestly, I used to them them for breakfast, lunch and dinner before. Now I tend to stay away. Everyone else said the rest but since I'm not a hardcore dieter, I tend to eat something I'm craving for once a week for one meal.

    I'm not saying to go over board but if you want it badly, eat one. :)
    Besides, you can always burn it off later. There's no harm in indulging yourself every once in a while. I'm still loosing weight even though I eat stuff like that.

    But remember, control yourself. Just because you can eat it doesn't mean you can eat a lot of it. One small piece of the frozen pizza should satisfy your craving.
