I was 246 just this past September, right now I am 180, still have another 20 pounds to go. I am 5 foot 10, goal weight is 160.

    You and I are about the SAME! Jan 2012 started at 250. My year, in Jan 2013 I was 180. Right now I'm at 176. I'm also 5'9"! My first goal was to lose 70lbs and I just hit it not long ago. Still going. Thinking about evaluating again at 160 to see how I feel. Feeling good right now but still want to knock off a few more.

    WAY TO GO! You lost it fast and you look wonderful!

    lol, thanks, but i cant take credit for him! hes my nephew! i have 5 kids, but mine are older, ages 7 to 15!
