Grilled polenta w/ shrimp, chive oil & lemon

Still working through "Bobby Flay Fit." He did a homemade polenta, but I had some leftover from another dish, so I skipped that portion, added from grilled shrimp and finished it with a chive oil made from, well, chives and extra-virgin olive oil. It was a nice, light dinner and perfect for a Friday in Lent as well.
