Thought I would pop in and introduce myself. I have been on for about a month now and am enjoying the MFP tools. I will be here quite some time!
I work out NEARLY every day. I do cardio ( Couch to 5K - the version with zombies chasing you ) and I am hooked on kettlebells because I don't have to be in the gym so much.
I am a father of 4 wonderful children and husband to a lovely bride who has put up with me gaining 90 lbs over our 20 years of marriage. I am taking off the weight so we get another 20 at least!
I am a geek and work in IT. I love any kind of tracking metric and have a fitbit surgically implanted (just kidding, but I am geeked about the fitbit flex!).
I am a cyclist and love doing long distance riding. This year I hope to become a triathlete.
Anyway, that's me. I could use some active friends who might share similar interests. I am on MFP every day. I also log my exercise over on Runkeeper. Let me know if you want my profile over there.
