SAHM, 48, quitting the walk-thru eating

I've been here about a month and am trying to get a grip on how much I eat. I play tennis regularly, jog a little, and walk the dogs sometimes. I also do all the housework, including repairs and improvements. I think the largest part of my problem is that I'm home so much and the refrigerator and pantry are so accessible. In a about a month of tracking my food, I have done pretty well at cutting out the "walk-thru eating" and have dropped 11 lbs. I'm looking to continue dropping about a lb. a week until I feel good -- thinking 40 more lbs. oughtta be about it. Just think how much better I could be on the courts without a big ol' bag of dog food strapped to my person
