Easy Delicious Salmon Burgers

Hi all,

I made these salmon burgers for dinner this evening and thought they were pretty darn tasty so wanted to share with you all. I served mine with a simple salad and had a tasty, satisfying low cal meal. :happy: I think wild rice would also work well here too though!

I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

Here are the ingredients for 4 people

Method:

1. Chop the salmon into chunks, grate the ginger and chop the coriander.
2. Tip the salmon into a food processor with the paste, ginger, soy and chopped coriander. Pulse until roughly minced. Season to taste. Tip out the mix and shape into 4 burgers.
3. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, then fry the burgers for 4-5 mins on each side, turning until crisp and cooked through (my burgers were quite big and so they took a little longer, roughly 6 min on each side).
4. Meanwhile, make your salad and any other accompaniments.
5. Eat and enjoy!
