Hi I'm new to myfitnesspal and have limited mobility when it comes to exercising so I have started to use a gyroscopic exercise ball (powerball) along with stretches for 30 minutes each day. I am starting to show more defination on my arms, back and chest area. But the question is how do I log this exercise. When I go to enter this into the exercise log it isn't actually there, is it not classed as an exercise? Does anyone else use these and record them on their logs under something else, as how will I know what I have burned in calories, and I tell you I get the heart rate going and maintain it for them 30 minutes so I must be burning some.
