    Im in. Currently I'm doing the couch to 10K program so three days a week I do 55-50-minute cardio so I'll keep doing that but add this challenge and tweak it as best I can. Thanks For thinking of this!!!

    I'm in, I was searching these boards looking for something like this. I was already looking for a new "routine" because I started off really well but seem to have started losing little to no weight (last 3 weeks, 0.5 lbs.), please let me know the details.

    I will be able to start full-time on Monday as I'm leaving for the weekend and won't be able to see my news feed or community boards or anything on my phone app (windows phone app does not show that yet) however, today I'm reviewing my exercise & food choices.

    You can also send me a friend request because I only have about 2 or 3 friends that will actually comment and I need some motivation & support.

    Looking forward to hearing back from you.
