Meeting With My Nutritionist In An Hour

Weighing myself for the second time since starting MFP. Excited about it not because I am expecting a lot of weight loss but because I am sticking with this no matter what! No matter what. That is something I haven't been able to do in the past and just the fact that I have logged my food every day for over a month is a big deal for me. I was keeping a paper log and whenever I'd eat off my food plan or binge, I'd stop logging. Just the simple fact that I log my food is a big step for me.
