I'm ready to be fit and healthy

Hello everyone, I'm new to this app. I was a little hesitant at first, but it's good to know that there are good people out there who will support you on this hard journey!! My goal is 40lbs before June 1st, but I have a terrible habit of late night snacking. I'm a night owl, any suggestions would be very helpful :)

  • Hi there, I'm also new here and i'm kind lost about how to use this site very well but I hope I will learn it soon. Welcome!!!! and to avoid the snacks at night you could drink some green tea it helps me a lot!!!:happy:
  • Eating more during the day helps against late night hunger. Also self discipline is a must. Good luck.
