Hi guyz,
Well im new here ive been dieting and exervising since the 1st of jan and so far ive lost 9-10 lbs... i have another 18lbs yo go :(
I am hoping to have acheived this by july as i am going away to mexico...

I gained my weight slowly over the last 2 years after fracturing my spine in a horse riding accident.the gym was a no go for me unyilli was givennthe all clear frk the doc...Ive since gained almostb3 stone making me a size 14 :(

I now have a high protein and low carb and sugar diet
i hit the gym 2 times a day four times a week with 3 rest days with at least 1 and a half hours a day cardio and 45 mins of weights whether it be upper body or legs

Id love to hear other peolles stories and progress would be nice to have someone on the same journey to give me a push now and then vice versa
