Awwwww......sodium

I am having a troubling time trying to reduce the sodium in my food diary. The fat and calories are the easiest things to control, but sodium is like an invisible man, even with healthier food choices like turkey bacon or chicken depending on how it's processed or preserved, you healthy choice quickly becomes unhealthy. How do you all reduce sodium in your food diary.

I reduce sodium by making my meals myself with fresh ingredients.
I limit sauces, dressings, gravies, etc. Anything frozen, processed, canned, etc is loaded with sodium.
Things like bacon, deli meats, soups, etc are loaded with sodium as well.
I never add salt to my food... minus a bit the odd time I eat fries. I make my own soups... I don't eat meat now but when I did I never used deli meats.. got low sodium bacon... etc. I try not to consume much from cans and I go for frozen veggies instead of canned.0
