Can someone give me some weight loss pointers?

I would like to loose 8-10 lbs this month. You can look at my diary and tell I havent been giving it my all recently, and I really slack off on weekends. However I do work out on most days and I try to eat at least 1200 calories but it's really hard for me. Does anyone have any pointers to help meet my goal? Certain things I should cut from my diet, things I should eat more of? All help is appreciated! :smile: :flowerforyou:
