Motivation is key!

Hi! I am new and have used MyFitnessPal for about a week! I have made food diaries in the past and they are a true pain! My weight never changes and I maintain the same amount without change and I give up.

For the past week I have noticed a change in my eating habits and exercising routine. I have lasted 30 min on the treadmill each time I go on it!

My goal is to go from 189 to 140 (healthy weight for my height). If all goes well, maybe I will lose a few more pounds!
