Weight Lifting Vs Cardion on TDEE Calculator

So I noticed on the TDEE spreadsheet calculator that when determining activity there is weight lifting hours and heavy cardio. Well I do about 200 minutes of heavy cardio, but I also do Jillian Michaels Body revolution for 120 minutes a week, which uses weights and body weight with cardio/plyo intervals. So should I log it all under heavy cardio or should I log the Jillian workouts as weights? It only makes a little bit of difference on my TDEG so I am not sure I should worry about it. The reason I ask is because it says do not list circuit training under weight lifting which Jillian's workouts are, but they use weight too.
