slim in 6ers...HELP

I don't know how to log these workouts in MFP. I have been doing aerobics, general. BIU is pretty intense, tho. What are you using to log your workouts?

    When I was doing Slim in 6, I counted the S&6-P, SIU, RIU and BIU as "aerobics, general" and S&L as "mild stretching." I set my activity level at "lightly active" (even though I have a desk job), my weight-loss goal at 1 pound/week, ate all my exercise calories, and averaged losing a pound a week for several months. Try that and see how it works for you. I think the important thing is to choose something and be very consistent with it so that you can determine if it's working or if it needs to be tweaked. For instance, I initially set my activity level at "sedentary," but I was starving by the end of the day. Changing it to "lightly active" increased my calories slightly, but it was just what I needed to feel right. Good luck!
