Are you supposed to weigh your food (ie: 4 oz chicken breast) before or after it is cooked ?
May be a silly question but....
Thank you

I do it raw for meat. A 4 oz chicken breast will cook down to 3 oz. pasta, rice, dry food weigh it before you cook it since it absorbs water and will be heavier after you cook it.0
