How do I add the calories from strength training to my log?

Options
The diary only logs the number of sets, reps per set and weight. I do the ab machine and leg press, but I can't figure out how to enter or calculate the calories I burned on my log. Help?

    Options
    Under cardio there is an option for strength training. I just add it as a new exercise though and track with my hrm :)
