Well I have been off this food and exercise tracker for months. Thankfully I have upped my activity level to keep me at a plateau, so i am about where I left off. I still need to reach my original goals of losing 100 pounds. But the sad thing is, all my friends are inactive. Looking for some new friends who need encouragement and positive reinforcement. Thanks
