So I was doing the 30 day shred but I've been having problems with hypotension and its just killing me. I literally feel about ready to pass out half way through. Or throw up.
BUT I've gained ten pounds in two weeks somehow and need to find exercises that I can do when my BP is as low as it has been. I went to the doctor today and he suggested strength workouts over cardio so I was wondering if anyone had any I could use?

I'd prefer to do it at home and have three pound weights, one pound weights, resistance bands and a stair stepper. My BP standing is 90/50.

Please help.

But what did the doc say about your BP? Are you drinking enough?

Eat more sodium, drink gatorade over water (as too much water can lower my BP) and take one ibuprofen a day. If it doesn't get better within the week I'm to go onto a medication to raise it.

Body weight exercises will be good. Try things like push-ups, sit-ups, chair dips... that sort of thing.

If you have a narrow hall, you can press your back against one wall and your feet against the other for decent leg exercise.

Alright. About how many reps/sets do you think?

Try The Butt Bible! It's just strength, no cardio. Level 1 is basic but still gets it done

There's a few different bodyweight routines at nerd fitness. They're pretty adaptable to different situations.
