I have set my goals to be around 2000 calories a day.
However,
I am doing the Slimfast shake deal
1 for breakfast
1 for lunch with an apple
combined for around 415 Calories.
Then sometimes I may snack on Cantaloupe which is only about 25-50 calories.
I also drink lots of water.
Then for dinner- I eat normal meals- sometimes subway, sometimes Wendy's, and home-cooked. However they may only add up to 800 Calories(at most).
That puts me at about 1300 calories or sometimes less if I fix my own dinner.
too me, I have not been starving at night or hungry and there has been a few days where I may just snack on something to get over 1200 or a little more.
Of course this is also eating any calories I work off.
I guess, what I am asking(not 100 percent sure what I am asking) is if I am below 1300-1500 is it bad for me or not?

Slimfast is geared mostly towards women. If you want to make it for yourself I suggest adding things to the shakes and blending them up at home to add more nutrition like adding in some berries or a banana instead of only having 200 cals per meal and saving up a big meal for dinner. You should about 1600 calories. I think their website said that. The 1200 plan is for women. Hope that helps0
