a little reminder

Just because you are under on your calories for the day does not mean that you ate well.

While I was looking for some new friends I was looking at peoples diary's so I could find someone to help motivate me to eat well. I was sad to see that so many people while under their calories, like 50 under, were double on fat, carbs, sugar and sodium. But the protein and fiber were less then halfway to the goal.

I am not judging. You eat what makes you happy and if you are happy so am I. I just wanted to put a reminder out there that there are goals for many other things as well. Once in a while have a crazy junky day! I do! Well balanced diet leads to a well balanced happy body.
