New...ish

Hi all. I'm newish to MFP, having signed up once or twice before but never actually used this until getting healthy became my New Years resolution. I'd like to build a support network on here since I'm trying harder then I ever have to lose weight. I would have to classify myself as a typical one week dieter in the past, by Saturday I had already cheated so much that I would just give up. I've been going strong since January with some stumbles here and there but have not given up and find that making small changes weekly is easier and more manageable. Anyway, I'd really like to add some friends as I have quite a bit to lose and would really appreciate the support :)

    You can add me too! Losing the weight is important, but changing my habits is almost more important. I recently got a HRM to log how active I am in any given day. I also am working on figuring out all of my food triggers. Working out for me is the easy part.
